Payment and Cancellation Policy
✅ A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
✅ The remaining balance is due within 30 days after the event date.
✅ The 50% deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 30 days of the event.
✅ In the case of a date change or rescheduling, the deposit and any payments made will be credited toward the new date, subject to availability.
✅ Travel and accommodation expenses are billed separately.
